You may purchase a commercial license for past purchases below.
Copyrights of any and all designs purchased from Shop by Pink remain the property of by Pink LLC at www.shop.by-pink.com.
Any designs purchased from/through Shop by Pink are licensed to you and only you only for personal use as a single user, they can not be resold, exchanged, or commercially redistributed.
Personal and commercial license options are available for almost all images on Shop by Pink. Commercial license fees may vary depends on the design/ product type.

Personal- non profit License Agreement
You are authorized to:
- Use these designs, changed or unchanged, for your personal crafts.
- Alter design elements, re-size, subtract and add them to design your own personal projects.
You are NOT authorized to:
- Share, copy, resell, distribute our designs in their original digital format AS IS or ALTERED in any way (digitized embroidery designs are also not allowed).
- Print the designs for sale or distribution via the internet, retail locations or any other venue.
- Use the design to produce items for commercial use and re-sell on Etsy, eBay or any other retail outlet.
- Use them on website pages without protecting the image from being copied.
- Upload our products to any file-sharing websites for any purpose.
- Use these designs for any harmful, pornographic, racial, or offensive material.
- Without a License, you cannot use our designs in any commercial activity where the end result is you making a profit from the designs, graphics, and elements found on Shop by Pink.
Free Downloads: The URL for the free download page may be shared with others, however, the contents MAY NOT be distributed in any digital format.
None of the free downloads can be used for commercial use unless commercial licenses are paid for.
Commercial Use – Single User Limited License Agreement
- With this license you can use and modify the design to create handmade physical product commercial and personal use.
- Modify, repackage, or reformat our designs and redistribute them in any way.
- Resell or relicense to another individual or company for resale.
This license is limited to 500 physical products.
Use these designs to create your own products which will compete with shop.by-pink.com or resembles any other Shop by Pink, by Pink, or Color Me Crafty product(s).
