I Didn't Get My File What Do I Do? 

You should have gotten access directly after purchasing. You should have also received an email with info on how to access your products.

If you don't see it please check your spam folder, and if you are on gmail also check your promotions folder.

If you think you may have entered the wrong email address at checkout, you can email me at support@colormecrafty.net.

And make sure you have added support@colormecrafty.net to your safe senders list.

The Files Wont Download.

Occasionally you will click the download button and it seems like nothing is happening, but it has in the background and you just can't see it. 

What you need to do if you have missed the download is to go to the downloads folder on your device, or if you have set another folder for your downloads check there for the name of the product you have purchased?

How Do I Get To My File After I Have Downloaded?

My files come 1 of 3 ways, a folder containing the files or a zip file containing the files or access inside a course platform.

If the product you have purchased is a zip file you will need to unzip it first. 

I changed my mind and want a refund?

Because of the nature of digital goods, none of my digital products or files are refundable.

Can I Sell Products Using Your Design Files?

Purchased design files may be used to create physical products, for both commercial and personal use. You may NOT share, copy, resell, and distribute files purchased from by Pink LLC or Color Me Crafty in their original digital format AS IS or ALTERED in any way (digitized embroidery designs are also not allowed).
